Good to know that there are still some global smartphone brands that are interested in the under 4k price segment which is already common to local ones. Nokia sent us from our workstation and if we are not mistaken, this is their first Android device powered buy Unisoc.
Meet the Nokia C2. Have a glimpse of the front and back covers of the box.
For a budget Nokia device, we expected this - Android Go (Android Pie) out of the box
No doubt that the body was made from plastic but it is a budget device and it was simply beautiful when we had it for the first few minutes. The back design has that matte finish which adds more to the grip.
The top portion has 3.5 mm audio jack, impressive on the left that it has Google Assistant button, pin hole mic and micro USB port at the bottom and volume keys plus power/unlock button at the right. Wondering that there's no sim card + micro SD tray?
Yes, you can remove the back as you can access the 2800 mAh removable battery and dual nano SIM slots and micro SD slot. The charger in box is 5V 1A which is not a surprise.
Nokia C2 is currently priced at Php 3799. Should it have a consideration for entry-level phone hunters from an international brand? Stay tuned for our review soon .
