Now that we are seeing 50x zoom in a number of smartphones, all of them are in the flagship level. Xiaomi just brought it in a high midranger.
Recently, they announced Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth (now with a global name of Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom).
In the specs sheet, Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth has Qualcomm Snapdragon 765 processor, 6.57 inch FHD+ AMOLED notched display with 180 Hz touch sampling rate, 5G, quad 48 (f/1.8, primary) + 8 (telephoto periscope cam with up to 5x optical zoom, 50x hybrid zoom) + 8 (ultra wide) + 2 (macro) main cameras that can shoot 4K 30 fps or 720p 960 fps videos, 16 MP selfie cam, MIUI 11 based on Android 10 and will be in MIUI 12 soon and 4,160 mAh battery with 22.5 watt fast charging support over PD.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom aka Mi 10 Youth will be available in Black, Blue, White, Orange/Peach and Green for USD 300 (6/64) and up to USD 400 for 8/256 GB memory configuration
