Previously, they put in some grace period to their subscribers until April 14 but with the recent development of the extension of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), PLDT and Smart were in tune at this recent development.


As they posted earlier in their various channels, they announced that are extending the grace period of payments for PLDT and Smart as well as to the suspension of disconnection of overdue accounts. You can check the rest of their official statement below.


Meanwhile, they are advising their subscribers of their account's bill/s by going at their respective account dashboard or thru MyPLDT Smart app which you can download for free on your mobile devices
