March 27 is supposedly the 8th Birthday Sale that Lazada Philippines is currently preparing as you might already saw the TV commercial of it for a number of times but no surprise, this thing will happen in relation to the ongoing Luzon-wide economic community quarantine.
Earlier, Lazada PH sent an email about the scheduled and they said that it will be postponed as quoted:
"After further assessment of the Enhanced Community Qyaratine measures to curb the ongoing COVID-19 health situation in the country, Lazada regrest to inform that the 8th Birthday Sale originally scheduled on March 27, 2020 will be postponeed. Lazada's main priority is the safety and well-being of everyone, as we work together in the country to fight the spread of the virus. The Lazada website and app will be active, so you can continue to pay bills and donate using the app.
However, deliveries are temporarily suspended. Lazmart will remain in service but please exect extended delays for delivery."
