With the ongoing enhanced community quarantine and the advice of the national government to stay at home, PLDT, Smart and Sun took another step which will help ease the burden of their postpaid subscribers especially when the March and April 2020 bills are coming.
As posted in one of their social media platforms, PLDT said that they will be implementing 30-day payment extension to their postpaid users as well as to Smart and Sun in time for the current situation, as quoted:
"We know how important it is for you and your family to stay connected during these difficult times of the COVID-19 outbreak. So, we've put in place a 3-day payment extension period for all of postpaid customrs of PLDT Home, PLDT Enterprise, Smart and Sun Postpaid.
We hope this enables you to work and study from home and get the latest information that will help you take the right actions in caring for the health and wellness of your loved ones. #StaySmart #StayHome "
