We never expexted this move from OPPO Philippines but they are trying to scratch some surface at the under 10k phone segment.
A few days ago, they announced the other version of OPPO A5 2020 with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage.
Other than the memory configuration, this variant of A5 2020 has the same specs as to the regular one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, Color OS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie, 6.5 inch HD+ display, quad 12 (f/1.8, wide) + 8 (ultra wide) + 2 + 2 MP main cameras, 8 MP f/2.0 front cam, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, GPS, rear fingerprint sensor and 5,000 mAh Li-Po battery
They mentioned it as online-only version but looks like it's not as it will be available soon at least in a physical based somewhere in Mindanao (no offiical info if will do to the rest of the country). OPPO A5 2020 3 GB RAM price in the Philippines will be at Php 8,990
