Before we did some at the recent Batangas Streat Fair, it's mall partner The Outlets at Lipa showed us on what we can do, shop and eat in this booming place in Lipa City.
Established just over a year ago inside LIMA, it's definitely sale especially if you will gonna watch out on their upcoming deals on various and known clothing and shoe brands like World Balance and Adidas. Lipa City currently has the most number of Starbucks branches in the whole province and they will gonna their fifth branch soon.
Inside TOAL, you can also see Aboitiz Pitch which is a huge football field which Philippines Football League is currently playing.
Next is the authentic Japanese resto Ichiban Boshi which we enjoyed some of their sushi platters and their variety of tempura choices.

Together with TOAL officials, they also gave a tour at The Villages at Lipa, the upcoming development by AboitizLand. Indeed a growing community as they already sold out on their "lot only" properties and you can only check out their house and lot on sale. In addition, Robinsons Supermarket will also rise this December 2019 at The Outlets which will highly benefit the nearby Malvar residents.

After that, it was the start of the food crawl as we started by Little Big Bowl which is one of the brainchilds behind known buffet resto in Lipa City, Ala Fiesta as they want to bring some of Ala Fiesta's best in a bowl. Some of their impressive offerings that we ate include Arroz Con Inasal (imagine Arroz Caldo plus Chicken Inasal plus they put in some chicken oil too) , sisig, some of their smoothies (including that ube macapano smoothie) and Sinigang with that crispy liempo. Not to forget their delicious crispy pata and their kare kare bowl

One of my fave in that food crawl was Korean Lounge Bar and Grill which is not your typical Samgyup resto. Starting to unli pork at Php 399, unli pork, chicken and beef at we were lucky that we are the first ones together with Batangas' best b/vloggers and social media influencers to try their unli pork,beefm chicken and shrimp for Php 599. All unli comes with unli side dishes. It is also a good late night food hop if you are here as most of the time in weekends, they can go as late up to 2 am as they also offering different kinds of liquor including those local lagers which we only usually see in Poblacion, Makati. Bonus that they also have a comfort room inside.
We all knew for sure one of the known brands in shawarma, Turks but sometimes a pain in our pocket when we found that some of their branches are not offering their most affordable goodie which is the small pita doner at Php 40. This branch is gonna be one of my all time faves as they have the most extensive Turks menu that we saw including those rice bowls and group meals. The ambience is also a great thing and a good option if you are hungry in a budget inside The Outlets. Their warmth in service is also something to mention
We saw it's branch in another mall in Lipa and in BGC but it was our first time to put some caffeine inside and some eats at Cafe de Lipa which they showcased their all-day breakfast meals as our last stop which was almost 7 pm already.
The one that we had was the one with that uniquely spiced sausage which is a-ok to partner with their unque Mocha frappe that they served which on the right balance. As you might have a hint, yes they are also serving Kapeng Barako there and you will gonna love the spacious ambience inside.
