Earlier, they opened their newest store in Ayala Malls Vertis North which just a footbridge away to Trinoma. Just like in their previous locations, you can have the available Smart and PLDT services under one hub from applying your desired Smart Signature Plan or even a PLDT Fibr Plan or inquire a particular service. We also saw a Smart kiosk which you can do various service by the power of touch from paying your bills to loading your Smart or Sun prepaid number
While in case that you are waiting for a resolution on your inquiry, boredom will not be an issue as there is a huge interactive table which you can be able to browse, play, watch or listen online with known platforms like Youtube and iFlix.

The Vertis North site is PLDT-Smart's fifth store that they opened in metro after the previous sites in BGC, BF Paranaque, Greenhills and Ayala Avenue, Makati. You can check them at the fourth floor in front of the said mall's cinemas
