The said channel is quite handy especially if you have free Facebook access or having a hard time on waiting for the next CSR on line but they posted something important.
As one of their latest social media posts, they revealed that starting August 13 2019, they will not gonna use the said channel for inquiries. Instead, you can connect with them at @gcashofficial (their official Facebook page) or their email at support@gcash.com
The move is also reasonable as we saw from various GCash-related groups that there were victims of fake GCash Care FB pages and they got pawned by answering with their sensitive information including their GCash PIN.
