Jobstreet PH's Laws of Attraction: Heliping Employers Find The Best Possible Employees

More than just providing job postings, Jobstreet Philippines recently put in an online resource which reveals the factors that the employees that are looking for in their dream job or company too.


Their newest knowledge resource called Laws of Attraction as their biggest commissioned project yet by Jobstreet which involves 18,378 Pinoy employees in different job levels in 25 key industries.



From a statement from Jobstreet.com Country Manager Philip Gioca "Different industries attract different people. What we learned is that candidates from different industries have different goals and are therefore driven by different motivations. Understanding these minute differences could hold  the key to increasing job satisfaction among employees."


Just to give some hints on how powerful is the said online resource, they found out that Fiilipinos who are looking for high salary are mostly in BPOs (19%), consulting (18.7%) and financial services (18.6%) . The work-life balance is also an important thing too especially those in the publishing industry. Another thing, most males that are into the manufacturing industry has a staggering 60% to be a-ok to be assigned in plants/companies outside NCR.
