Huawei’s Service Day event held at SM Megamall last June 15th was met with resounding success, as scores of Huawei users flocked to the venue to receive their complimentary phone care service.
\The sheer number of people who turned up at Service Day demonstrated the trust and confidence Huawei has earned among its consumer base, considering how competitive the smartphone market is in the Philippines.
Service Day occurs monthly at Huawei Concept Stores across the country, but its launch at SM Megamall held special weight for the tech company and its consumers alike, given how recent events have unfolded. For new and long-time users, Huawei remains the brand they’ll trust and support given how the company has consistently delivered outstanding product experiences, especially recently with the launch of the Huawei P30 Pro.
The common theme amongst the tremendous feedback that day was their satisfaction with Huawei’s products and unparalleled customer service.

Roeman Estoque, who owns a Huawei P20 Lite, listed a couple of great things he found with the brand, saying “First kasi, pinurchase ko siya kasi affordable tapos madali siyang makahanap ng concept store. Besides all the issues, I think I will stay pa rin kasi okay ako sa phone ko. Happy and contented naman ako sa service niya. Talagang kahit a year ko na siya ginagamit as in smooth flowing pa rin yung interface niya, yung performance okay siya.”

Lalaine Pedrico commended Huawei service centers for their quick accommodation, and praised her personal Nova 3i, saying “Maganda yung mga specs niya and then the camera… compared sa ibang mga phone, malinaw yung camera niya and mabilis siya. Unlike the others nagha-hang, sa Huawei hindi.”
In celebration of its successful launch, Huawei has scheduled two more Service Days on June 22 and 29, 2019, and once every month subsequently. Huawei users can take their devices to any of the participating Huawei Concept Stores at Service Day for their complimentary device care which includes free screen protector and application, and free phone cleaning service.
