Local tech brand Cherry Mobile did a game-changing launch of the Flare S8 series and still after they released the Flare S6 and S7, they were still able to stick with it's pricing.
Meet the (standard) Cherry Mobile Flare S8 with it's 6.26 inch HD+ notched display, 13 MP front camera and almost stock Android 9 Pie but we noticed that the phone does not have an app drawer
The most noticeable change if to compare to the standard S6 and S7 is a lot better look at the back. No more removable back cover in here but if you will gonna it in person soon, the phone looks elegant for the asking price. The back view also has dual 13 + 2 MP main cameras with flash, Cherry Mobile branding and rear fingerprint reader
The right portion has dual SIM slot while at the left, volume rocker and power/unlock button
The top portion has 3.5 mm audio jack and micro USB port while at the bottom, pin hole microphone and speaker
Contrary to my previous post, the only Cherry OS (2.0) part will be the Cherry UI camera which you will gonna in one of the pictures below. Even with the absence of an app drawer, FS8 has almost stock Android Pie if you will gonna dig down in the settings
Coz that secuirty thing-y is placed in a weird position on the front camera so we had no choice but to bring in a single rera camera sample of Cherry Mobile Flare S8 that even with just f/2.8 aperture (expected on this as it is a budget smartphone) and that dim environment at it's launch at Venus Barcade, BGC - the phone produced an a-ok output
Cherry Mobile Flare S8 will be available soon for Php 3,999 either this August or September 2019
