After their release of Y5 Lite 2018, we wonder on Huawei Philippines if they can still be able to release a smartphone at under 5k?
They had an answer to us and it was a yes as they announced the Huawei Y5 2019 in one of their official online store platforms.
In the specs sheet, Huawei Y5 2019 has EMUI 9 based on Android 9 Pie, 2.0 GHz Mediatek Helio A22 (aka MT6761) quad-core processor, 5.71 inch HD+ dewdrop display, single 13 MP f/1.8 rear cam with flash, 5 MP f/2.2 front cam, 2 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM (based on their listing at the store as there is a 2 GB/16 GB vesion of it too) , LTE, dual SIM, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, micro SD slot, 3.5 mm audio jack and 3,020 mAh battery
