b) Each valid purchase will correspond to one (1) raffle entry.
c) Customers should visit our official Microsite at https://www.zenfonepreorderph.com/asus-philippines-recharge-your-zen and register the following details:

• Alternate Contact Number
• Email Address

d) This is open to all participants who will purchase any of the following ASUS ZenPower models listed below.
e) To be eligible for the draw, the customer must fulfil the following criteria:
i) Must be of legal age of 18 years old or above during the promo period
ii) Raffle entry must contain same name on OR/Invoice
iii) Employees of ASUS Technology Philippines, Inc. (direct hired or agency based), advertising agency or any of its related partners for this draw, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the draw are disqualified to join.
2) RAFFLE DRAW AND PRIZES
a) Raffle draw winners will be electronically generated, and will be randomly drawn on April 30, May 31 and June 30, 2019 at 4:00PM at the ASUS Philippines headquarters at 4th Floor, Hanston Building, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
b) Monthly raffle winners will be announced within a week after the draw via the ASUS PH Facebook page.
c) Drawn winners will also be notified via registered mail, email, Call and SMS for verification and claiming instructions from an ASUS Representative.
d) A person can only win once per raffle entry.

e) Customers who will not win on the monthly raffle will still be eligible on the succeeding raffle draws.
3) ASUS Philippines reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winning entries. The winner’s purchase should be a valid order and must be within the promo period.
4) ASUS Philippines will shoulder the winner's tax relating to the raffle prize. The raffle prizes are not convertible to cash, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
5) VERIFICATION AND CLAIMING NOTIFICATION
a) The monthly raffle draw winners will be notified via registered mail, electronic mail, SMS and telephone call from an ASUS Representative regarding instructions on verification and claiming.
b) For verification and redemption of the prize, the winner should present the following documents at ASUS Philippines headquarters at 4th Floor, Hanston Building, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City:
i) Original 2 Valid IDs – Government and Private Issued
ii) Original Copy - Proof of Purchase – Invoice or Official Receipt
iii) Actual ZenPower unit purchased (for Metro Manila winners); hard copy of clear photo of the ZenPower rear box showing the Serial Number (for outside Metro Manila)
iv) Original Copy of Notice of Confirmation (to be sent via registered mail to winner’s address)
c) For those outside Metro Manila, the winner should submit their colored scanned copies of their documents listed in via e-mail for verification. An ASUS Representative will verify the following documents for 24-48 hours and will notify the winner for the shipping instructions of their prizes.
d) If a representative will be claiming the prize on behalf of the winner:
i) A signed authorization letter from the winner (signature must match those in valid ID’s)
ii) Original Copy of the representative and winner’s 2 Valid ID’s
iii) Original Copy of the Proof of Purchase (Invoice or Official Receipt)
iv) Actual ZenPower unit purchased (for Metro Manila winners); hard copy of clear photo of the ZenPower rear box showing the Serial Number (for outside Metro Manila)
v) Original copy of Notice of Confirmation (to be sent via registered mail to winner’s address)
* If there is any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
6) For redemption of prize/s, the winner is given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of registered mail in the address provided by winner.
7) If the winner fails to claim the prize within the redemption period, the winner forfeits his/her claim to the prize with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). ASUS Philippines will have a list of buffer winners in the event that a winner becomes disqualified.
8) By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of ASUS Philippines related to the draw. The winner agrees that ASUS Philippines may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner as ASUS Philippines considers fit. The winner's name may be published on ASUS Philippines website & social media channels.
