Xiaomi or Mi fans in the Philippines knew what happened on the brand's first landing here in the country that this particular event never happened here and finally when the Chinese brand had a comeback, it finally happened what the fans are wishing for that we first seen in their home country as well in India.
Last Sunday, they held the first ever Mi Fan Meet in the Philippines in Market Market Activity Center which their fans only need to show their receipt between April 6 to 14 of at least Php 1,500 purchase to join in various activities (six in total) which they gave a chance to win some Mi smartphones like Redmi Go, Redmi 7, Redmi Note 7 and Mi 9
As the name of the event said, it was also the chance for the fans to see their fellow Xiaomi, Redmi or Pocophone users (MIUI as one) with the moderators and admins who powered the Mi forums here in the country from the local pioneers as long as year 2012.
With the said event, we are in high hopes that Xiaomi will stay a lot longer in the country than their previous stint
