Minutes before the Philippine launch, we sneaked in for some lil hands-on of OPPO Philippines' first R smartphone after a number of years
Meet the OPPO R17 Pro which if you will gonna look at the front, you may think it is like an OPPO F9

It's a a different kind of gradient design language that we seen here compared to OPPO F9. Here the triple main camera system, that delicate backing and OPPO branding. As it is their first try to implement this, I might gonna forgive the brand for now as we checked that it has a niceable slab of camera bump but you know it, the brand always provide a protective case
The curves here are such beautiful on the R17 Pro. If you will notice at the top (noise cancelling mic) and bottom (USB Type C, hybrid dual SIM tray, speaker, pin hole mic) that they put an elongated crater-like design maybe to be different with their other high midrangers. The left portion has volume rockers and at the right, power/unlock button.
Based on our glimpse at the homepage and pulldown, we already seen this (again) to OPPO F9 which is not a bad thing for us. Unfortunately, we are still about to check out the camera quality just yet but for sure in our upcoming review of this device
As of this writing, no official words yet on it's official price in the Philippines so expect a separate post from us within this evening
