A few days ago, we published a discovery that revolves on Araneta Center Bus Port that not all buses are serving modern payment solutions like GCash QR, Paymaya QR and other payment options which you may seen online last June and August 2018.
First, the customer service of Araneta Center Bus Port gave us a response and apology from what we uncovered when we tried to go from Cubao to Tanauan, Batangas via a bus company but we never expected that they sent us an update that quickly
This is their official update/response:
First, the customer service of Araneta Center Bus Port gave us a response and apology from what we uncovered when we tried to go from Cubao to Tanauan, Batangas via a bus company but we never expected that they sent us an update that quickly
This is their official update/response:
"Last week, we have reached out to KL CNG Transport and the four (4) remaining buses that haven't signed up yet to avail the use of Gcash and Paymaya QR and as of Friday October 12, 2018, all of our bus companies including KL CNG Transport has been enrolled to honor the use of the said payment methods. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that happened and we thank you for bringing up your concern to us."
Pretty good job on the Araneta Center Busport as well as the five bus companies including the featured bus in our discovery, KL CNG to comply on those modern payment options. Now we will gonna do it again to test it if they were really true on their words
For those who did not know based on our observation, buses at Araneta Bus Port mostly serve riders from Batangas, Quezon, Bicol region and some parts of Visayas and Mindanao
