After a number of leaks, Xioami finally made it official of their two newest smartphones under the Android One program with Android 8.1 Oreo.
First is bringing the Android One in the entry-level segment with Mi A2 Lite with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 5.84 inch FHD+ display in 19:9 ratio, dual SIM, dual 12 + 5 MP main cameras with flash both with f/2.2 aperture and 1.25 micron pixels, 5 MP front cam with f/2.0 and 1.12 micron pixels and 4,000 mAh battery. It will be available in France (July 27), Italy (August 8) and Spain (August 10)
The upgrade is the Xiaomi Mi A2 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, 5.99 inch FHD+ display in 18:9 display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass 5, dual 12 + 20 MP rear cameras both with f/1.75 aperture and LED flash, 20 MP selfie cam with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, 3.5 mm audio jack, USB Type C, fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, GPS, dual SIM and 3,000 mAH battery. France (July 27) and Italy (August 8)
For the prices, Mi A2 Lite will be at 179 euros (3 GB RAM/32 GB ROM) and 229 euros (4 GB RAM/64 GB ROM). Meanwhile, there will be three versions of Mi A2 at 249 euros (4 GB RAM/32 GB ROM), 279 euros (4 GB RAM/64 GB ROM) and 349 euros (6 GB RAM/128 GB ROM). In addition, good to know that Mi announced that the Philippines will be one of the 40 countries in the official availability list
