Tapping some of them, they opened Shopee Celebirty Club in a press event last night featuring Vice Ganda's Vice Cosmetics, Kris Aquino x Ever Bilena, Anne Curtis' BLK Cosmetics, Korina Sanchez' K Everyday, Karel Marquez' K Spark, Books from Ramon Bautista and the rest from ABS-CBN Publishing and the one they showcased, Axel x Matteo which is a jeans line from a collab from known fashion designer Avel Bacudio and Kapamilya actor/singer/endorser Matteo Gudicelli
From a statement from Shopee Philippines Director Jane Lim "Our users form the core of all our strategies and the launch of Shopee Celebrity Clubc represents our commitment to always find new ways to reach out to and engage them. We know Filipinos adore theior homegrown celebrities, and we began to notice a rising demand for their products. Hence, we decided to introduce a dedicated in-app space featuring a variety of celebrity brands to allow shoppers to easily access products sold by their favorite celebrities. We are proud to be the first e-commerce to officially launch such initiative in the Philippines and look forward to even more exciting celebrity collaborations to come."
