Xiaomi is really busy this 2018. With almost no teasers before this, they just opened the sixth gen of Redmi smartphones
First off is the more affordable Xiaomi Redmi 6A with something new here, 2.0 GHz Mediatek Helio A22 64-bit quad-core processor 5.45 inch HD+ display, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, 13 MP main camera, 5 MP front cam, MIUI 10 based on Android, micro SD slot and 3,000 mAh battery for US$ 95
Xiaomi Redmi 6 shares the same form factor and display but with a better Mediatek Helio P22 octa-core processor, 3 or 4 GB RAM, 32 or 64 GB ROM but with dual 12 + 5 MP rear cameras, 5 MP secondary camera and still 3,000 mAh battery and micro SD expansion. For the prices, it will be at US$ 125 (3 GB) and US$ 155 (4 GB)
Both smartphones will be available in China this June 15.
