I had a teaser of it weeks ago and even did a Facebook Live session in our Facebook live (if you have not liked it, please do so at facebook.com/rntdblog) and rare time to review a USB hub and it is worth my time.

The looks, mostly you can encounter a USB Hub either in a long shaped device or in circular shape. The form factor of it reminds me of a typical ice cream popsicle stick which is cute. Thickness is just right as you have to consider that it has a LAN port to support your old yet working PC that is without WiFi or you want to be a more stable connection. In my case, I have a dual boot Windows/Android tablet which it does not have it due to it's slim form factor.
What is critical is the truthness of the USB ports which all of them at USB 2.0 compared to those cheap competitions that either only has 1 USB 2.0 and the rest 1.0 or worse of it are at it's first version. That is critical as you may check the replay of our previous Facebook Live session, I was able to have 1 wired mouse and keyboard and the last one, burning a DVD via an external DVD ROM drive and without sacrifice at all in terms of burning speed at 4x. My previous USB hub solution, it will only gonna give me at 0.6x which eats some precious productivity time
At Php 497 pesos (as of their current listing at Lazada Philippines), it is worth it for the price as Remax is quite known for their various types of cable-related solutions and USB hubs. The one that I reviewed is in silver but you can also get the gold version
