Last night, Cherry Mobile and Mediatek just had their media event and no wonder that they will also gonna reveal some smartphones there.
Announced in a resto in Makati City is the new Cherry Mobile Flare P3 Series which is the first line line of handsets unveiled in the country powered with Android Go which is built for entry-level phones by putting in Google-based apps which only consumes less space.
The common denominators of Cherry Mobile Flare P3 Series in the specs include Android Oreo Go Edition, 1.3 GHz Mediatek (is it MT6580) quad-core processor, 18:9 display, rear fingerprint sensor, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory and micro SD support up to 64 GB

To sum it up, the smallest which is Cherry Mobile Flare P3 Lite will have 8 MP rear cam, 5 MP front cam and 2,000 mAh battery. The medium-sized Cherry Mobile Flare P3 will have 5.5 inch display, 13 MP rear cam, 5 MP front cam, OTG support and 2,400 mAh battery. The biggest in the line-up, Cherry Mobile Flare P3 Plus will have 6 inch display, 13 MP main cam, 5 MP secondary camera, OTG capable and 3,000 mAh battery
Based on their slides, looks like the Flare P3 series did not mention on LTE connectivity. No official words yet on the pricing and availability
