To further step up in the local tech scene, Cherry Mobile had done something that is not visible in their competitors locally.
From their head office, they presented to us the newly established Cherry Mobile Camera Lab which made possible with Samsung Electronics Device Solutions Group. Because of this development, they may now able to check out the overall quality of the camera output of their smarrtphones which they already tested with the entire Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Series.
They have various tests from color accuracy, from different lighting conditions down to how "noisy" is the image.
In a statement from Cherry Mobile AVP For Product Development Lonson Alejandrino "Selfie-centric smartphone is becoming a trend and Cherry Mobile understands the importance of it to the Filipino market hence, we are continuously developing and innovating when it comes to camera features. We want to give our consumers an experience at par with high-end camera phones but at a price that is still within their budget. We want to be with them in capturing every moment, sceneries and stunning selfies so we are really opt to invest an enhancement technologies such as this. Im proud to say the we are the first in the local market to really act upon improving and upgrading our phones' camera features with our own Camera Lab.
Even with that simple actual pic of that black and white image according to one Cherry Mobile official costs big as the overall output and the small details were the crucial points to them to determine to check a good or a great camera-centric smartphone. They even invited us and the rest of my colleagues in the local tech scene to test even with phones from other brands if we have some time.
With this leap, we are hoping that this will translate for the better in Cherry Mobile's upcoming smartphone releases.
