Vivo's Standing In PH Goes Up In Latest Result

We were in the vibe of the recently concluded Philippine launch of Vivo V9 in the Philippines but this dash of info is quite news-worthy

In between the V9 introduction, Vivo Philippines Brand Director Ms. Annie Lim revealed in a slide that the Steph Curry-endorsed brand is now No. 3 in the Philippines which is up by 2 spots compared to No. 5 if you remember way back in their Vivo V7 launch in the country

After the program, I had a chit-chat with her and found out that the latest ranking was based on the Q4 2017 study of GFK. Major contributors to their rise in the local smartphone market are the Vivo V7+ and in our own opinion, the best so far in the number of international phones for under 6k, the Vivo Y53. The Y53 is quite evident as it had a steady ranking in the top 3 phones for months based on bi-monthly or weekly rankings that known tech store Memoxpress is showing on their social media page.

For sure, their aim is to be on the top. Can the Vivo V9 (and possible future releases) will be the reasons for them to go up as we are approaching the Q1 finish line of 2018?
