To start, you must create an account at www.mvprewards.ph via desktop or (better thru) Google Chrome on your mobile browser. Fill in all of the necessary information with your preferred Smart/TNT/Sun number then you must also have a PayMaya app which will redirect you to have your own virtual MVP Rewards virtual card. You can also apply for a physical card which will be send btw. 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
