It will the the Surge S2 which on paper, I am expected that it will be more in terms of performance and power efficiency as it will be made on a 16 nm architecture (compared to Surge S1 at 28 nm) plus it has four Cortex-A73 cores at 2.2 GHz each and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.8 GHz each. It coupled with Mali G71 MP8 GPU. According to sources, it will be near in terms of performance of Huawei's own Kirin 960 SoC
There were also reports that it will power the recently leaked Xiaomi Mi 6X (which it can be released in other territories as Mi A2) which comes in a 18:9 display aspect ratio and dual rear camera set-up
