We noticed this 2017 (as you may also think about this) that local tech brand Stramobile is selling smartphones that are not over five thousand pesos but this will be different in one of their revelations from one of their officials
As I heard last night (November 11) in an interview in tech-related radio show Tech Sabado on Radyo 5, Elijah Mendoza of Starmobile teased that they are now preparing for next Android smartphone which will be capable for selfies as well as having a dual rear camera set-up
He also mentioned that before (that was in 2015) when they had their first smartphone with that feature at the back which is Starmobile Knight Spectra .

When the Starmobile exec asked on the possible target of release and pricing, it will be out before this Christmas and the SRP will be way below Php 10,000
So looks like it's a midrange phone coming soon so stay tuned
