I got a bit of struggle backwards as it has the old EMUI 4.1 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow (a totally different thing compared to my main driver with EMUI 5.0 based on Android 6.0 Nougat but good thing I was able to cope with it. It can run on some light apps but once you got the LTE connection and play some games, the heat is on literally on this device
Even on this budget phone, you can pretty much rely on Huawei's expertise in connectivity from calls, texts, mobile data, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth. No problems at all except that this phone does not have USB OTG support. A sure on my "cons" list. In addition, it does not have the LTE 700 MHz band support
On battery, it gave me mixed results. On video battery rundown test, it survived at over 12 hours but in real time usage, it can only give for around 15-16 hours of battery life in a typical 5 hours of screen on time with mixed usage. Like what I said in the second paragraph, I will really put the blame on the heat that the SoC is giving. A sure impact to it's power pack inside.

On gaming, yes it has the T version of MT6737 quad-core processor but man, even for the medium graphic settings of Asphalt 8, it was not as smooth even the lighter Pokemon Go as it also had some diffuculty in opening the entire map in your exact location and even can't keep up the pace as I am walking. Maybe I can advise you to use this for casual games
On camera for this budget, it is definitely will not gonna defeat with the likes of GR3 2017 as you can only rely on this for posting on social media. The front flash gives some help on selfies on low light but still will gonna you some noise

Nice body, good connectivity and added front flash will be the brightest spots of this device but as the EMUI 5.0-5.1 in some of their devices, you may scratch your head that this device does not have Android Nougat which might gives some difficulty in openning some games, no OTG and some heat issues are the pain points of this budget Android phone.
