In their global event earlier in Munich, Huawei Mobile continues to wow the crowd in their first smartphone series powered by their own Kirin 970 processor with NPU
These are the Huawei Mate 10, Huawei Mate 10 Pro and Porsche Design Huawei Mate 10 which all comes with EMUI 8.0 (yes, they quickly jumped from EMUI 5.1) based on Android 8.0 Oreo and has 4,000 mAh battery which they claim as 30% more power efficient than Huawei Mate 9. All of them posssess the dual 12 MP (for RBG + OIS) and 20 MP (monochrome) sensor and both of these have f/1.6 aperture and 8 MP front camera. These are still co-engineered by Leica
Huawei Mate 10 comes with hybrid dual nano SIM, LTE Cat. 18, 5.5 inch Quad HD display with 16:9 aspect ratio, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM, micro SD slot, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS , IP53 certification and 3.5 mm. audio jack for 699 euros
Huawei Mate 10 Pro comes with 6 inch 1080 x 2160 (or FHD+) 18:9 aspect ratio, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM, HiFi audio, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, IP68 cetification and it does not have a 3.5 mm. audio jack as it's USB Type C will be the only one used for audio listening, charging and data transfer for 799 euros
The high-end Porsche Design Huawei Mate 10 comes with 5.5 inch display and a ceramic-like body finish which is inspired by a sports car for 1395 euros
They also introduced some add-ons for the Mate 10 series including a HiFi earphones with USB Type C end (instead of 3.5 mm. audio jack specially made for Mate 10 Pro) and Huawei Mate 10 Powerbank which has 10,000 mAh and has the same output as their typical Huawei Supercharge plus which is 4.5 V 5A. They promised that a 30 minute charge can fill 58% of battery thru Huawei Supercharge
From their global announcement, it's Huawei Mate 10 will be arriving in the Philippines this November 2017 but I am expecting that the local SRP will be lower than if you will directly convert the 699 euro price
