Vivo V7+ First Look, Camera Samples

It's launch highlights and delights were already out so our next stop - the device.

Here was my first look on the new Vivo V7+

If you are looking on the specs sheet, you can go on this link here.

The front view has 24 MP selfie camera with softlight flash. The 18:9 display aspect ratio is quite ok and the default brightness of HD+ (720 x 1440 display) looks good but how I wish, Vivo went to FHD+ display instead as Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor inside can support it. The standard Android control buttons are already in the screen. The back has 16 MP main camera with flash, fingerprint reader and Vivo branding

The top has noise cancellng microphone while at the bottom, you can see the single speaker, 3.5 mm. audio jack and OTG capable micro USB port.

The left part has dual nano SIM and micro SD slots in one tray while at the right, the volume buttons and power/unlock button

In the demo area, they both showcased the black and white variants but for my personal opinion to give more emphasis of the 18:9 (or they mention it as All-Screen Display) aspect ratio, I will go for the black

The overall physical looks were good and I like this one over the V5 or the V5s.

As I already had first the Vivo Y69 a few weeks, the UI and experience are the same as to expect to the Vivo V7+ but definitely faster in transitions.

The camera UI is the same as the one that I encountered in my recent Vivo Y69 hands-on. Because of that new display aspect ratio, the black borders for the modes became bigger.

Here are the camera samples as said in the description. I noticed that the front camera has a bite faster image processing speed than it's rear counterpart. With all the beauty enhancements set at 0, this is definitely one of the best selfie camera from Vivo so far from it's output. No wonder that it's bigger in file size at over 5 MB compared to my rear camera sample at only over 3 MB.
