Four Questions Answered Related To The Vivo V7+ Launch

Vivo Philippines just announced their first smartphone with 18:9 display ratio aspect and the Philippines' first with Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor thru Vivo V7+ . You may already saw the replay of the local launch but there are some things that I will uncover.

These are the four questions that I asked from two notable officials from Vivo Philippines.

This first question was actually from their scheduled presscon together with other invited bloggers and media.

 1. One thing that I noticed on the Vivo V7+ slide was they have Mobile Legends ran in full 18:9 aspect ratio so does the Funtouch 3.2 OS will be the one to make it sure it will also be done on other MOBA games?

Vivo Philippines Product & Sales Trainer Mr. Andrew de Guzman said "Of course, Vivo has pursued a lot of different aspects regarding the revolutionary 18:9 aspect ratio because Vivo always want to pursue excellence and perfection in terms of it's user experience. With regards to many mobile applications what I said a while ago in the presentation, most gaming applications will be able to adjust to the 18:9 aspect ratio. It really depends on the applications whether they have already adapted their own resolutions to the newest trends of smartphones today. There may be some aspects such as like the loading screen but that's about it. In terms of the gaming experience, there's no problem in terms of the aspect ratio. It will really adjust to it. "

In questions no. 2 to 4 even after the presscon, I am happily answered with Vivo Philippines Vice President Ms. Hazel Basco thru online in terms of Vivo PH's change in naming their own version of 18:9 display, their latest move with Lazada PH and something about charging:

2. In India, Vivo's version of 18:9 display aspect ratio as FullView (as well as a number of teasers of Vivo PH before) but in launch day, Vivo PH named it instead as all-screen display on Vivo V7+, why? Looks like it happened again from India's moonlight to Philippines' softlight flash

FullView Display and All Screen Display, is another term to promote the 5.99” of v7+. Just like in India they call the softlight as moonlight in their market.

3. Why Vivo PH expanded this time on Lazada PH? Is the other official store at Argomall will still be there? Are we hoping for exclusive deal/s for a particular online shopping site?

Lazada is one of the top e-commerce in the Philippines, we assure that our partnership with them will deliver a good customer service and it will be very convenient for our consumers to purchase our phones at ease. We are also available in Argomall as one of our online store.

4. Does Vivo V7+ have Qualcomm's Quick Charge 3.0?

No.

Vivo V7+ pre-order is now ongoing until September 29, 2017 and one of the avenues to check is thru Lazada Philippines thru this link . Vivo V7+ will be available starting September 30, 2017 for Php 17,990
