The leak was real from the country's most deca-core Android phone in Firefly Mobile which I posted a few days ago but I saw it's upgraded version and it has a live demo unit which I had a chance to play in a few minutes.
Here is the new Firefly Mobile X626 with Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 21 MP main camera with flash, 8 MP front cam, metal body, 5.5 inch Full HD display, LTE, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, rear-mounted fingerprint reader, USB Type C, Dolby Atmos sound and 3,000 mAh battery. On what's the exact processor, you will find out later
The rumors are true that the X622 and this Firefly Mobile X626 are based on Le Eco Le S3 X626 . Firefly Mobile decided not to change the UI inside.
Looking at the front and back parts of the body, I am sure that at least most of it's body covered by metal by the cool feel that it got for sure from the mall which I did this thing in one of their kiosks in Alabang. There's even a Chinese lettering on it's plastic cover and no Firefly Mobile branding on sight. For those who will ask, this one does not have a 3.5 mm. audio jack but it has a USB Type-C port which works for charging, data transfer and audio.
I don't need to put in some benchmark apps as the settings option already gave us the deets, the processor inside is Mediatek Helio X20 processor!
On the camera, it is also the same UI that you may see in some online videos of the said LeEco phone from Slo-Mo, Video, Photo and Panorama. Unfortunately, this handset does not have pro mode
Firefly Mobile X626 comes with USB Type-C converter to 3.5 mm. audio jack cable. It is already available for Php 7,999
