Sony Philippines is going on the OLED revolution this time in their Bravia line-up with the official reveal of their Sony Bravia OLED TV
From their presentation, they still believe that flat TVs will stay over the move of some brands on the QLED and curved TV paths. It is powered by their own 4K HDR processor X1 Extreme processor which puts in their Super Bit Mapping 4K HDR for smoother picture, (of course) 4K HDR resolution and Android 7.0 Nougat and the display with 8 million pixels. HDR video's powered thanks to Dolby Vision technology.
In terms of apperance, they put a little twist on the physical looks like the own kickstand which they also can be flattened fit for universal TV racks and Sony logo now placed at the lower left of the screen. The kickstand actually has a cover which revealed the I/O ports and the subwoofer which creates a illusion at first that the speaker is underneath the screen. Our eagle-eye caught the back of the product and it has 357 watts
On my first observation on their sample 4K HDR video shot by one of their Sony mirrorless camera with some flamenco music and a dancer, the picture clarity was there from the imperfections of the make-up, the sway of the clothing and the even the tiniest sound of the finger snap.
Sony Bravia OLED TV will be available in 55 and 65 inch models but no official words yet on the availability and pricing
