It was my secret wish for OPPO PH to have a selfie-centric, under 15k and a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor inside. After it appeared in India a few months ago, it's time for Pinoys to dig in the latest in their A Series.
Here is the OPPO A57 with that "unstoppable selfies"that we first saw on the OPPO A39
It pretty much reminds me of OPPO A39 but at my first boot, definitely the display quality is much better on the A57. The fingerprint reader is capacitive and once you will buy it, the screen guard is already pre-applied. You will notice that the noise cancelling mic is beside the rear camera
Same placings on the sides. True dual nano SIM and micro SD in one tray at the left. Volume rocker and power/unlock button at the right section
Your 3.5 mm. audio jack, single firing speaker, pin hole microphone and OTG capable micro USB port at the bottom.
The same value in previous OPPO models were also inside the box like the protective case, earphones, micro USB to USB cable and 5V 1A travel charger (the thing that I am bit sad so far). The SoC inside which is Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor has Quick Charge 3.0. For those who will ask this, it has FM radio just like in OPPO A39
OPPO F3 as bokeh selfie which good for those who have 4,000 pesos less in their budget, the OPPO A57 also has it. They also headlining the new hand gesture which I will have to discover in our review soon.
Expect that the A57 has thicker body than the F3 but they almost have the same weight based on my one hand navigation.
OPPO A57 is already in some stores as of last Saturday but the official roll-out will be this June 16 for Php 11,990. It will be available in rose gold and black
