Just over 24 hours after on that speculative teaser, we got an email from Vivo Philippines and our guess was right on their "Do you wanna know a secret?" .gif image.
It is the Vivo V5s which will be arriving soon in the country. They even revealed the date and venue which is set this May 19 at SM North EDSA Annex.
As a teaser, they sent out some of it's teaser selfie and groufie.
Vivo V5s has 1.5 GHz Mediatek MT6750 octa-core processor, Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 5.5 inch IPS HD display in 2.5D Glass plus Gorilla Glass 3, 13 MP main camera with flash ad f/2.2 aperture, 20 MP front cam with the returning softlight flash and f/2.0 aperture, 4 GB RAM, hybrid dual SIM, LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, FM radio, OTG support, measures 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.55 mm., 154 grams in weight and 3,000 mAh battery
No official info yet on it's price but we might have an idea as Vivo V5 is at Php 12,990 and the V5s in India is at 18,990 or more than 14,000 if converted in Philippine peso
