Both the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 and 630 have 2.2 GHz octa-core plus Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0, up to 16 and 24 MP camera support, LTE Cat. 13 (uplink) and Cat. 12 (downlink), VoLTE and VoWiFi support, made on Kryo 260 CPU which is up to 20% higher performance, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.1, optical zoom, up to 4K video capture at 30 fps and Full HD video by 120 fps, 4K video playback, can play H.265 videos and can handle up to 8 GB RAM
On the differences, the SD 660 can suppory Quad HD display while on the SD 630, it can go up to 1920 X 1200 display resolution (aka WXUGA)
