As Kapatid network TV5 goes beyond entertainment and sports this 2017, they will be having a unique running event which you can be a super hero plus helping in the same way.
In a media event earlier, they announced the upcoming TV5 Superheroes Run: Manila this Feburary 25, 2017 at Block 16 of SM Mall of Asia Grounds. which you can run from 200 meter, 5 km., 10 km., and 16 km., course goals. The fun part is aside from the running must-have item, you can also dress as The Flash (in 5 km.), Arrow (in 10 km.) or Supergirl (in 16 km.) plus part of the proceeds will go to Alagang Kapatid Foundation which will help to fund for those relief goods and help for might-be future disasters in the country.
Present in the said presscon were TV5 Marketing Head Mr. Lloyd Manaloto, Ms. Menchie Silvestre of Alagang Kapatid Foundation and Jinoe Gavan of Takbo.ph who will be helping to organize this unique runnning event.
For the registration fee, it will be Php 300 for the 200 meters, Php 650 for 5 km., Php 750 for 10 km., and Php 850 for the 16 km. run. The designated costumes on per category are final. As an added bonus for 16 km. finishers, they will gonna get a finisher shirt plus those first 3 finishers each for male and female will gonna have a medal. The time sked at the pic above.
Registration is now ongoing on select Chris Sports branches in Glorietta, SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM MOA, SM City BF Paranaque and Market Market and also online at http://superheroesrun.tv5.com.ph until February 19, 2017. So far they are targetting for 2,000 total runners but they are ready in case it will go beyond that number so they advise for those who want to participate to register as early as possible.
