We waited for this for months and finally, the 15 month drought without an Asus Zenfone review will have an end very soon with what I got at my hub.
Ladies and gentlemen, here is the Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL which I also call it the Asus Zenfone 3 Max Mediatek edition (coz it is the one that powered by 1.4 GHz Mediatek MT6737T 64-bit quad-core processor) and lately, they released it's a bit bigger 5.5 inch version that time wth a Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor.
I won't have that much photos of the phone as I already did during the Zenvolution event in the country a few months ago with some first impressions here
Asus Philippines gave us the trust to review the gold version.
It was also my first time to see the items inside of the retail box with USB OTG cable, user manuals, earphones, micro USB to USB cable and 5V 2A travel charger.
It brought some memories again from the Zenvolution event and still like what I said before, the form factor and overall design of Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL is a lot better than the Zenfone 3 Laser and even the first Zenfone Max. I just confirmed that it really has a hybrid dual SIM set-up (SIM 1 is for micro, SIM 2 for either nano SIM or micro SD slot) There is still some info and discoveries to be uncovered in our review as this will be (or at least one) their hero phone mainly for that huge battery capacity plus modern features like fingerprint reader for under 9K. Stay tuned
