I am already aware in the number coworking spaces that I conquered in key places in the metro like in Makati and BGC but I am happy on what I discovered recently in the side of BF Homes Paranaque.
The Common Space is located in the second floor of Pergola Mall, Paranaque City. The establishment had a soft launch last November 7, 2016 and opened officially a day after. If I am not mistaken, this is the first one in this known vibrant residential and business village and third so far in the South Metro area.

According to owner Jahzon Lih, the space can accommodate up to more than 20 people. What I love from this place is their sked from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. Their well known competitors can only offer on weekdays from 8 to 6 but the Saturday and more hours to choose gives more options to those freelancers who are not early birds.
There is also one meeting room that can have up to 8 persons and 1 corporate room. The place did not have the cubicles that I usually see but the spacing is a-ok for me. Of course, the essentials of a coworking space are there like the coffee, their WiFi connection which is a-ok for blogging or some some online-based tasking that needs heavy lifting and plenty of sockets for charging your devices on the go. If you forgot your laptop, they have 2 PCs on standby for use at Php 30 per hour.
The pantry was also one of the best that I saw based on the arrangement. I am glad that they chose to be in Pergola Mall which is near to key establishments like supermarkets, some specialty shops and restos and quite near if you are coming from Dr. A. Santos Avenue or even from SLEX Sucat Exit if you are already tired of the usual counterparts in known key business areas. If you compute it by average, they are one of the most affordable rates in the number of coworking spaces in the metro.
In addition, they are also offering the virtual office service which you can use their address if you have business-related mails or stuff. Events are also accepted in this place
