After the Mi Mix reveal, Xiaomi has brought another pair of bang for the buck smartphones in their online launch earlier in China.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 has 2 variants to choose from. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM. Another version has Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core SoC with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM.
They both share the rest of the specs like 5 inch IPS Full HD display with 2.5D Glass, 13 MP PDAF rear camera with LED flash, 5 MP front cam, MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, LTE, hybrid dual SIM tray (so there is micro SD slot), fingerprint sensor and 4,100 mAh battery. The SD 430 model will be at US$105 while the SD 625 version will be at US$133
Another affordable option is the Xiaomi Redmi 4A this time with 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor, 5 inch HD display, 13 MP main camera with flash, 5 MP secondary camera, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, dual SIM and 3,120 mAh battery.
It will be on sale this November 11 for US$74
