The Villa Suite which has a 2 floor set-up. The first floor is for the living/receiving area and kitchen area. The 2nd floor has twin beds plus the usual amenities for Php 7,300.
The hotel was not the usual hotel that you will gonna see in most of the metropolis as it was like a big compound in your neighborhood. The Filipino theme was present in the property from the windows, interior and even the aircon cover. The hotel was established in early 90s and they are a part of Legend Hotels International Corporation which also includes The Legend Hotel Palawan, Mabuhay Manor and Kabayan Hotel. The place is walking distance for me from the MRT Boni Avenue station which is a key to them and the prices are quite competitive compared to more known competitors in the nearby Ortigas area
At our first stop, we went to function room no, 1 which is the Banahaw which is their biggest a 248 square meters and can accomodate 150 people in a banquet setting.

The last function room that we came in is the Kulintang which is perfect for those small business meetings. As I said to one representative, I am hoping that my next presscon will be there soon for a change. Still the Pinoy flavor is present in a business area like this.
Now on the rooms. I noticed that almost all of their bedrooms are either in 1 or 2 floors only which is already a no brainer for me if I want to recommend a hotel for those people who have difficulty in climbing the stairs. The deluxe room has 1 queen size room plus the comfort room, cabinet, TV and the essentials. Regular rate is at Php 5,800
For a family or a group of 4, they have the Family room with 4 single beds plus cabinet and comfort room and dining table. Regular rate is at Php 6,700

Four beds not enough for you? They also have the Team Suite which can accomodate 6 persons. Almost as the same set-up for the first floor of Villa Suite but on the 2nd floor it has 2 single bed and 2 double deck beds inside. I love that each bed has a socket nearby which is pretty vital for charging your devices or doing some computer chores on the bed. Rates is at Php 10, 600. One of the representatives mentioned that 2 of their usual customers are from that telco located at nearby BGC and a known BPO company for team bonding sessions.
