Yes, the midrange Vivo Y51 is down to Php 5,990, down from it's first availability of Php 7,990.

Vivo Y51 specs include Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor, Funtouch OS 2.5 based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, dual SIM, 5 inch IPS qHD display, 8 MP rear cam with flash, 5 MP front camera, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, LTE capable, Bluetooth, WiFi, A-GPS and 2,350 built-in battery.
