The S7 and Note 7 are both out but it does not mean that Samsung will not have something at IFA 2016.
In Berlin, they introduced the Samsung Gear S3 with Tizen OS, 1.3 inch 360 x 360 Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass SR+, 768 MB RAM, 4 GB ROM, accelerometer, gyro, barometer, HRM and ambient light sensors, has a 1 GHz dual core processor, NFC and MST which you can use for Samsung Pay, IP68 certification and 380 mAh battery.
There's also a version with LTE connectivity which is the Gear S3 Frontier. No official words yet on the availability and pricing
