This is quite an important blog post especially to all Globe Prepaid, Postpaid, Platinum, TM & AMAX reloaders.
I got a text yesterday from my Globe Prepaid number that they will have a system update this August 28 (Sunday) from 12 mn to 2:30 pm which will affect registration to any Globe promos from 8888, *143# , 4438 (under Globe Rewards for Telco Rewards) and thru GServices thru tgeir website or app as well as loading a promo from an AMAX retailer.
I got those additional info thanks to one Globe CSR thru their hotline and he revealed as the telco will soon use the 8080 as a replacement to 8888 soon for registering promos (as 8888 is now one of goverment's new hotlines)
As a test (which I already saw it this as of yesterday to a feature phone here in the house), I tried to check my GoSakto registration and look at what I found, 8080 now in the works. I advise you to register as early as possble if you need those call,text or mobile net promos especially that it is a long weekend
