While I am still finishing my O+ Duo review, their guys finally noticed this blog and sent us their intriguing O+ Venti LTE.
I was also curious on this 6 inch phablet as it has new SoC that it is at least one of the first here in the country. I love the form factor of O+ Venti LTE box which looks like a tag.
Front: 6 inch IPS qHD display, 5 MP front camera, speaker grill for calls at the top, single front speaker (if you want to check out videos without the earphones), on-screen Android buttons.
Back: 8 MP rear cam with flash, removable rose gold back cover, O+ logo
Internals: (This really made me wonder) 1.3 GHz Speadtrum SC9832 quad-core processor (which is one of the first SoCs from Speadturm with LTE capability) with Mali 400 GPU, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 3,000 mAh Li-Po built-in battery.
3.5 mm CTIA compliant audio jack at the top, pin hole mic and micro USB port which is quite ingenious that the brand designed it like a USB Type C port. Unfortunately, it does not have OTG support.
The right section already accomodated the volume rocker and power/unlock button. When you will remove the back cover, you can check the dual micro SIM slots and micro SD slot.
O+ Venti LTE is quite generous as they included a 32 GB Class 4 Sandisk micro SD, earphones, USB cable, USB charger, user manual, warranty card and screen guard.
I am quite excited to finish my first ever smartphone review for O+ soon but does it fair enough for the Php 6,395 price tag? We will find out soon.
