It's been a while that I experienced a Hi Fi player. Good thing there's an Opus One when I had it in Satchmi's recent media event.
Opus 1 was one of the most affordable yet very capable HiFi players that you can find at less than Php 30,000. It has custom Android OS fit for the product plus support of up to 128 GB of micro SD which is much needed as an album of .flac files can go as much as 1 GB.
You can see the top and bottom parts of the device.
The music menu is sorted as usual by album, sons, artists and folders which is quite easy to understand and navigate if you are a first timer. The device also comes with a protective case.
Of course, my main focus for this device will be the sound quality and can easily beat the sound quality of some of the flagship Android smartphones that I had in 2015 and 2016. My test was the Drones album by Muse and I can really hear each of the 3 instruments from the trio. I had a delight on listening to The Handler.
Opus One Hi Fi Player is now available exclusive on Satchmi located on the 4th level of Mega Fashion Hall, SM Megamall. You can check more of the specs here
