I wondering that there's no movement on international Android phones to put in with Digital TV (DTV) which is quite common in local counterparts. Recently, Asus has done something for me to smile.
At their official website, they announced the Asus Zenfone Go TV which is their first Zenfone with the said feature. They used a Sony IC SMT-EW100 chipset Digital TV for this device which supports various formats of DTV coverage including ISDB-T which is a standard to our PH DTV boxes (like in ABS-CBN TV plus and other local smartphones)
Key specs include ZenUI based on Android Lollipop, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core ar SoC, dual SIM, LTE, 5.5 inch HD LCD display with Gorilla Glass 3, 13 MP rear cam, 5 MP front cam, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, micro SD up to 32 GB and 3,010 mAh battery.
It is currently on sale in Taiwan for U$170
