Hours after they announced it at MWC 2016, Samsung Mobile Philippines has brought it's local launch of the much awaited Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge and Gear VR.
Samsung Mobile PH unveiled that you can experience the S7 and S7 Edge in Samsung Mobile stores starting February 26, 2016. Pre-orders will start from March 4 to 16, 2016.
Their ambassadors Gino Quillamor, Solenn Heusaff and Erwan Heusaff were also there to join in the festivities and with those newest devices on.
Based on my hands-on (plus the specs as you'll gonna see in my first impressions posts), both offerings of S7 and S7 Edge here in the country will have the Exynos 8890 octa-core processor with Mali T-880 GPU. As expected, both S7 variants will have optional dual SIM with micro SD slot.
Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge and Gear VR will be priced at Php 34,990, Php 39,990 and Php 4,990 respectively. The Gear VR will be available starting next week.
