I also handled out one of the rare local Android phones with AMOLED display. Before, it has quite tough pricing but thanks to one of their dealers, it can be one of your quad-core options. Here's my review of MyPhone Rio Pixie
The device is one of the first phones from the local mobile brand to have MyOS on top on Android Lollipop. One of the main characteristics, no app drawer. The display is eyecandy for me with it's 4.8 inch HD AMOLED display. I love that it is quite light plus it was my first time to handle a phone in egg yellow color.
The phone never failed me in terms of calls, texts, WiFi and mobile internet. I love that all of the SIM slots and micro SD are hot swappable.
On benchmarks, I got over 19,000 on Antutu which is normal for 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6582 quad-core processor. Surprising that it has 10 point multi touch. Internal storage was supplied from Hynix.
On battery with it's 2,300 mAh non-removable battery and for it's AMOLED display, I expected that it will have a very good battery and it was evident here on my standard video battery rundown test. From 100% to 2%, the phone survived at 11 hours and 26 minutes. In my real life test, I managed to have up to 30 hours of battery life with mixed usage at 5 hours of battery life with default battery saver on. Charging time took me at less than 3 hours.
Camera was average for me on outside environment. The front flash on it's front camera is a-ok for me too. Both cameras are at 4:3 aspect ratio is not my cup of tea. The main camera has f/2.2 aperture while the front camera has f/2.0

Extras:
The phone doesn't have OTG support. It was not an issue except for this one when I tried to charge it using another charger or powerbank, this pop-up window appeared and it encouraged me to use the stock charger, a no-no for me. What if you're outside and only your powerbank will be your only power source? Coz of this feature (possibly on the custom OS), the phone will force to charge slowly.
Pros: Light and thin, Good camera output, front flash, AMOLED display, very good battery life
Cons: Not friendly to charging using powerbanks or 3rd party chargers, no OTG support
During my review, the phone was priced at Php 7,599 which is pretty tough if you compared it with the 2 new octa-core phones under the My series. Good thing, one of MyPhone retailers has recently brought it's price to Php 3,999 which is for this timeline it is more value for me mainly it has AMOLED display and front flash. I'll gonna give 4 out of 5 for MyPhone Rio Pixie
