LG had finally made the official announcement on their 2016 flagship smartphone a day before the official MWC 2016 festivities - the LG G5
LG G5 will the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU, optional dual SIM, LG UX 5.0 UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, 5.3 inch IPS Quad HD display, dual rear cams with 16 MP main (with laser autofocus, f/1.8, OIS) and 8 MP for the wide angle lens, 8 MP selfie camera, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, NFC, micro SD support up to 2 TB, USB Type C and 2,800 mAh removable battery. It will be available in silver, gold, pink and titan colors.
One of the main highlights of this device is the modular design which allows you to remove the bottom part of the device to put in another battery plus 2 important add-ons which you'll gonna see below
LG G5 and Friends add-ons:
"Life's good when you play more" was the slogan during their launch and for sure you'll gonna have more play time as they also announced add-ons which will enhance the LG G5 experience.
One of the two that will fit on the modular design approach is the LG Cam Plus which will add another 1,200 mAh of battery plus hardware controls so you can control your taking on pics and vids on one hand
Another one is the LG Hi Fi Plus with B&O Play in partnership with Bang and Olufsen which enables you to hear Hi Fi sound either thru it's speaker or plugging an earphone
Another companion is the LG 360 Cam which you can take pictures in 360 degrees in just only one snap.
LG 360 VR which is only 1/3 the weight of competing VRs as this thing is connected to a cable with USB Type C to the phone which gives less pain for those who will wear this as based on this screeenshot,
Then the LG Rolling Bot which can be used as an IP camera plus pet care which can allow to play with your pets based on their video demo. It is controlled thru WiFi.
